We here at Tessho pride ourselves on our Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. You’ll see why, as soon as you look over our counter at our master chefs preparing the hand-made okonomiyaki, and as the wonderful scent of okonomiyaki sauce hits you. The clang of the spatula, the smiles on diners’ faces, our cheerful staff… one foot in the door will be all you need to see that we are a traditional Japanese establishment where the customer’s satisfaction is paramount.
